Bloom Chiropractic is here to facilitate your journey to self-healing and expressing your fullest potential Here is what you can expect for your new patient experience.

Step 1: Health Forms 

After scheduling your initial appointment to Bloom  Chiropractic, one of our team members will email specific paperwork tailored to your individual health goals. We ask that you provide as much detail about your specific needs. This will help the doctors connect with who you are and help us serve you. You must have the paperwork filled out before your first visit to the office or your appointment may be rescheduled.

Step 2: Office Tour 

At the start of your first visit, we will give you a brief tour of our office so you know where everything is and feel at home. 

Step 3: Health Consultation 

During a one-on-one consultation, we will talk in depth about your health challenges and goals, as well as explain exactly how we utilize specific chiropractic care to get to the root cause of your health concerns.

Step 4: Scientific Chiropractic Assessment 

Our space has certified, state-of-the-art technology that allows us to get a clear picture of how your nervous system is functioning and the specific areas where nerve interference is occurring. This will be a three part evaluation.

Step 6: ROF & Specific Chiropractic adjustment 

Following your first visit, you will have a one-on-one discussion with Dr. Alyssa. During this appointment, Dr. Alyssa will review your neurological evaluations in depth. From there, if Dr. Alyssa feels it is right you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment. 

Step 7: Schedule Your Chiropractic Journey

After your meeting with Dr. Alyssa and decide you wish to continue on your health journey at Bloom, our chiropractic assistants will work with you to schedule your future appointments according to your schedule and Dr. Alyssa’s recommendations.
