
New Patient Appointment
Your initial care intake involves two appointments. First, please choose a time for your first visit, which includes a detailed consultation and examination. After scheduling this, a Bloom Chiropractic team member will contact you to:
Schedule your second visit, an orientation where we'll discuss your scans in more depth, financial and all Dr. Alyssa recommendations.
Collect a $50 deposit (subject to reimbursement upon determining insurance coverage)
Gather some general information about you, to best prepare for your initial appointment
In our clinic, adjustments are generally not given on the first visit, unless in emergent cases determined by our team of chiropractors. If you decide to accept care, your first adjustment will be on your Follow-Up Appointment.
Bloom Chiropractic accepts cash, credit, debit, HSA and FSA payments. We also work alongside insurances to find the best option for you.
We do ask that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance to allow for the schedule to remain open for other people seeking our care. Any no call, no shows are subject to a $50 charge to the card that is on your file.
